I completed all the requirements to resolve Case I changed password and security questions, confirmed bank account and sent documents to verify identity. After I received additional email "Request for additional information". It was asked to log in from a secure internet connection and change password and security questions: Thank you for your cooperation in completing the review of your account. You've already completed the following actions as part of our review: - You've successfully confirmed your bank account. - We've received acceptable copies of the following documents or information: -> Identification document We're still unable to complete the review process of your account at this time. Please help us finish this process by completing the following steps: ■ Change your password and security questions again. Your password and security questions were recently changed from an unsecure internet connection or a proxy. To protect your account, please log in from a secure internet connection and change your password and security questions. Please don't use a public computer or proxy to access your account. Please help us by completing the required steps within 10 days from the date you receive this email. If we receive no response within 10 days, you will need to contact us by phone or email so that we can manually update your case status. After you complete these steps, we will review your information and contact you about the status of your PayPal account within 2 business days. We may ask you to provide further information if necessary. I logged from my private Mac and changed password and security questions again on 03/09/17. But still where is no response from the day I completed the first cases: We're reviewing your submissions. We’ll get back to you or lift your limitation within 2 business days.
