I have contacted customer service for the last 2 days. I had sent out the Report from the Police Action Fraud team and even the Ref number and Password. Via my resolution link (attachment) and by email and phone. Was told on the phone they will esculate it to the right department to get the limitation unrestricted and told me I will get an email within 24hours and that was twice on the phone I have been told that in the last 2 days but have not recieve any kind of email...checked my junkbox too and nothing. It is difficult for me to keep calling as I have Learning difficulties and diagnose with depression Please can I get a reply Thank you
