It was funded with a debit card unfortunately, the bank have already said it's not possible for them to claim any money back in this instance. A credit card would have been a different story. I've read section 75 doesn't even nessicarily apply if you use a credit card via Paypal, so I may not have even had a case; http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/PayPal-Section75 I could go to the small claims court next, but who really goes to such effort for £65. PayPal should be protecting buyers as a credit card issuer would otherwise there is no longer an incentive for me to use PayPal as a buyer if the merchent also accepts credit card.
