Dear Everyone, You are wasting your time. PayPal does not read your descriptions or see the pictures you have in eBay. I will say sellers beware. eBay closed my case in my favor, but PayPal closed the case in his favor. I also received my first negative feedback. I declared no returns, but that means nothing. Here is my story. The buyer fraudulently opened a case with PayPal to force a return. I appealed the case. This buyer habitually opens cases on sellers who do not accept returns and habitually damages merchandize he returns. My MacBook Pro computer was in perfect condition when I sent it to the buyer. He told eBay it had horizontal white lines. He never showed pictures. eBay denied him because of my listing and original pictures. The buyer then decided to go to PayPal. PayPal decided in his favor and I got back a damaged computer with scratches. There was no white lines. I don't know what PayPal bases their decisions? The buyer did this before to another MacBook Pro seller six months before. He may have opened the computer up and used some of its parts. I guess I got off easy. He returned hers dented. She was so incensed she put a seller beware. He left me negative feedback which spoils a perfect rating. eBay will not remove it because of PayPal's decision. Sellers beware PayPal almost always decides in the buyer's favor!
