I was asking for assistance because I didn't understand what the money was coming out for. This is, surely, what this community forum is for? I have now phoned the customer service helpline and I now understand. This is because the person I spoke to took the time to explain it. I know you're a volunteer, so are doing this in your spare time, but I believe your 'people skills' need upgrading.... Let's leave it at that, OK?

I have just discovered a running monthy direct debit payment of £4.00 per month on my bank statement. I have now cancelled it as I was under the impression the Paypal is a free service? What is this for? It is not a payment I authorised, so I am looking to get any monies paid refunded...
