No, they aren't terrible, they are completely broken. I've lodged a support ticket on this, and just get bounced all over the place, and no-one will even admit that any changes were made. The complete lack of item descriptions and prices changed last weekend - on Friday (Australian time) all was well, by Monday the emails were broken. I can't understand why anyone would make a change like that but not test it thoroughly before release. It can't be intentional - therefore it is a system error, and as such needs to be fixed ASAP. I'm sure there are thousands of people worldwide trying to make sense of the tech support system so they can request a fix, but it's made so difficult to navigate that many people will just give up. Hope this can be resolved quickly. Hint: PayPal - go back to the code that was in use a week ago. It worked, and will no doubt work again is reinstated. Cheers, Rode
