I have a bank account with no money--no money--inside, and I wanted to add 5 dollars to it from a vritual Visa card that I won online. 5 dollars. So I try to transfer that money into my Paypal, and instead I hit the wrong option and end up transferring it from my bank account. With no money inside. I can't find a way to cancel the transaction, I can't find a way to sumbit a help ticket--every time I try, it says "transaction id blahdeblahdeblah is INVALID GAME OVER". So I send a feedback message explaining my problem, most I could do without a phone. I figured since my account had no money in it, the transaction would just be cancelled. That it wouldn't be possible, since I had no money. So I figured I'd wait it out. Now, today, I check my bank account, and it's at NEGATIVE 40 DOLLARS. -$40. Because Paypal forcefully withdrew $5 from my account. Couldn't just go "oh, there's no money there, I can't do that," no, you have to take the money out, and make me pay an outrageous fee? Why didn't I have an option to cancel? Why was there no cancel button??? I can't even submit a support ticket! Are you kidding me? This how Paypal does business? Am I supposed to be appreciative of this service?
