Hello Everyone! I can't a credit card and I had no luck talking to customer service, perhaps one of you knows what to do. I'll try to be brief: I opened a new paypal account and added my email, home address, phone and bank account. All seemed normal. When it came to add my credit card I got an error: "there seems to be an issue with your card, try again later" Went to my bank website to see if there was a problem. There was none. Tried again to add same card, this time the error was "We’re sorry, this card can’t be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different card." This error message persist. Paypal seems to think I have added this card, however it does not show up in my wallet. I went through their automatic customer service and encountered the same issue. The system thinks this card is linked, but it's not! The field is empty. I tried to get a human on the line but last time i went through their system their waiting time was "6-10 hours"
