Yesterday I made an on line sale which was paid with a UK paypal ac. The buyer was not the ac holder and gave a delivery address in Russia. His email address was not the ID linked to the paypal ac. I've tried emailing the ac holder on his registered address but no reply. He may think that it's a phishing scam A frustrating phone call to PP customer service got me no further. They wouldn't contact the ac holder, for security reasons? Where do I go from here? I'm not risking a chargeback, as it is a tidy sum of moneyu.
