Just had a merchant which, by mistake, charged me something and indeed corrected immediately. Now, on top of possibly losing on currency change, (my bank account is in $CAD and I was charged in USD), which I guess I have no choice, how do I avoid ON TOP OF THAT having PayPal charge me fees (as usual) as I obviously want to put that money back to my bank account ? There is no way I will accept eyes closed and mouth shut to pay fees in this situation... Thanks,
