I had the same problem. On 4.03.17 I received a chargeback claim on the item sold on ebay in the middle of December last year. The same reason: unauthorised transaction. To make the long story short. I provided a proof of postage, delivery confirmation etc. Also I managed to find the contact details of the buyer and asked her why she made the claim if she had possessed the handbag for 2,5 month. What a surprise was! She said she received this bag, she liked it and she knew nothing about the chargeback initiated. She even called to her bank and they confirmed to her that there was nothing wrong with the transaction. I am imaging if PayPal made up this story with the chargeback? If I do not get my money back in a week or so I will look for a legal advice and make a formal complain. Try to contact to the person who purchased your item and see what they say. The correspondence can be helpful to solve the case in your favour.
