No one has physicla access to my computer. As to the details of the purchase, A charge of $2700+ show up on my account on 2/19 from an individual I did not know. I disputed the charge and received an email from PayPal saying they were looking into it. A few days later I received an email from the seller demanding I remove the dispute as I had bought and downloaded the "entire store". Shortly thereafter I received an email from PayPal asking that I take a survey about the resolution process. It was then I found out that the dispute was closed with the statement that the dispute does not meet the criteria of an authorized transcation. I have spent hours on hold with Customer Service without being able to talk to anyone. I have emailed PayPal and got a reply saying they are looking at it again, but I am still out the money. @DPCreations wrote: Who else has physical access to your computer and/or your other devices where you access PayPal or where you make online purchases.
