Hi, PayPal requested I change my business type but I am unable to change the business type on the company profile. I keep getting the following error. 'Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again.' All other entries, (name, email, etc.) on the page are correct. The account is new and in a limited state. Here are the steps I was given by PayPal 1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account. 2. Click the Profile icon at the top of the page and then select 'Profile and Settings' from the drop-down menu. 3. In the 'Business information' section, click 'Update'. 4. Click 'Edit'. 5. Choose your Business Type. 6. Click 'Save' to finish the process. Any ideas why I can't change? Also, I only see 2 options in the business type dropdown, Individual and Sole Proprietor. I was expecting to see more. Thanks, Stephen
