Thank you, no in this case a purchase was authorized, but the confirmation was incorrect (incorrect deleivery address!), the purchase was cancelled withoin minutes of being made. Despite several emails and telephone calls, the seller, JUlian Bakery, charged the Paypal account and then sent the already cancellled order. Paypal gave their "not my problem, call your bank" reply:(

Paypal used to be so good for supporting buyers. Laetly, they just tell buyers to dispute charge with the bank. Are others seeing this? It has happened twice now. Very bad system, not worth using if there is zero protection.
