They closed my dispute and said it cant be opened again. They forwarded a message to the seller about my never recieving the items I ordered ($419.00 worth) and said the dispute had so many days to be responded to. They didnt say "I" had to respond! I thought they meant the company I was disputing needed to respond. Now it says its closed and cant be re-opened. The phone number for that company on the website is no longer active. What can I do?
