My Buyer purchased two rings from me and during rthe time she was waiting for them to arrive she messaged me 53 times because she was overly excited. She received the rings, fortunately in two days. Once they arrived, I received positive feedback for borth rings. The next day she told me one of the rings was a little lose. I offered to exchange it for a smaller size but she declined. The very next day she said she wanted a refund for the lose ring because it was too lose but she claimed she didn't have the money to return the ring unless she could mail it in a plain envelop with a normal stamp! I told her since it was an expensive ring I couldn't accept it without padding since it would most likely arrive damaged. I had to have it shipped back properly. She proceded to harrass me saying she had to have her money for diapers, etc. After another series of messages, I told her to take up the return with eBay. She made a "not as described claim" on both rings. Later she dropped both claims because eBay told her she had to return the rings. Now a week later, this buyer is using an invalid tracking number, one on a shipping label I created but didn't use, to tell PayPal she didn't receive her ring. PayPal has been holding my money for a week pending an investigation. I gave them tracking number, the date she received her rings, the feedback for the 2 rings and also the 2 claims for NOT AS DESCRIBED. iI also contacted this buyer and asked them to drop the claim and told them I was giving them all the information and told her she was committing fraud against me. I am elderly, btw, and NEED my money to buy medication. Paypal is holding my money too long. How flioping long do they need to investigate anyway????? It seems to me once they get the information they should be able to release the money!! This is absolutely ridiculous! Thank you for your hrlp. One more thing, this buyer purchases an average of 20 items a week on eBay so I know eBay will NEVER discipline her.
