It is difficult to imagine that I could have had more problems with a company. The latest hiccup - I have a developer account on a client's account. They have changed the system and now require a phone number to login. And so - despite letting me set up the account with a password a few weeks ago they now block it and offer no way for me to recover it (other than going back to the other account holder). My last issue with this company is they blocked my withdrawing money from my account - apparently for the simple reason that I had moved countries. It took days for largely ignored help requests to get my funds. Luckily, very luckily, it wasn't urgent. (BUT DO NOT USE PAYPAL FOR FUNDS YOU MAY NEED). The developer documentation is an exercise in obscufation Recently I have tried Stipe. What a world of difference. The documentation is clear. Support requests are answered in real time and in ways that really are helpful. This company has caused me untold hassle. I really would avoid it if you possibly can.
