Every month, $9 is taken from my account. This is not a pre-approved payment. For th elast 8 months, I have reported this to PayPal and they refund the money to my account. Every month, I tell them that I have not approved this payment and that it should be cancelled. However, this month, they have decided not to refund me the $9 and tell em to take it up with the Company taking the money. I have tried this before as well, to no avail. What can I do?
