Hello, I am relatively new as an ebay seller. I sold and shipped a clock which first went to a US adress than was forwarded to Hong Kong. The buyer contacted me, claims damage in shipping process, told me he filed a claim with paypal. The next day ebay contacted me told me buyer wanted to return item, and gave me till today to accprt the return that the buyer requested. I emailed the buyer, asked him if he wanted to keep the clock, he said he likes the clock, wants to keep it, but wants to be compensated for the shipping damage. I contacted ebay, told them that the buyer had filed a shipping damage claim, and asked what I should do, no answer fronm ebay. So I dont know what to do, can anyone tell me how to proceed with this?
