You need to make sure the URL is configured correctly based on what Sunshop documents about that. If it's still failing you could reach out to their support directly. Or you could follow the steps in the article I linked to previously.

Hi everonye, I have an annoying problem with my e-commerce site. People purchase with PayPal. I get notification email from PayPal that a payment has been received, but my website is not updating the status as received. Anybody have any ideas....I'm stumped.

@BOBMHS A buyer OR a seller can escalate a dispute to a claim at anytime if they want paypal to decide the outcome and not bother negotiating with each other. You need to keep an eye on the dispute in the resolution centre to see what stage it is at. You should be able to appeal but as it was a dispute for non receipt of item and you can't provide a tracking number i can't really see the point. It would be easier to just send your buyer an invoice when he receives the item asking him to re-pay. Good luck.
