Dear people at PayPal: I have a related issue with this bank account matter. I don't have a credit card, and when I log in to buy a service on PayPal it always requires that I submit a credit card (which I don't have). It has been said here that it may be due to insufficient funds, but it also has been said that you can buy only for a short time without submitting a credit card, and to a limited extent. But 'how many time', and what's the money limit? How can I be sure that I will be able to buy if I send money to PayPal but don't have a credit card? Of course I don't want to take the risk, I don't want my money stagnated in here. Could the site explain itself when it requires the credit card? I mean, give a specific reason for the requirement? The site should make very explicit what you can or cannot do with it at a given moment. It happened to me before that my very first purchase (of around 20 dollars) couldn't be completed since I didn't have a credit card. It made me think: what's the point of letting me use my local debit card to transfer you the money, if you won't let me use it without a credit card, and you won't even warn me about that? Of course it **bleep** me off. Please give us some transparent guide through this. Thanks in advance
