Hello, almost a month ago, I bought three rings from the guy who lives in Canada for 830 US dollars (1060 Canadian dollars). After 2~3 weeks, I never received an item, and even though I repeatedly told him to make sure there is a tracking number and insurance, he said he forgot to get one. My items did not arrive and I texted the seller. He told me he was terribly sorry and told me to add another 500$ so he can send me the other more-expensive stuff. I of course said no to this and opened up a claim because he told me that he had no money to give me back. I mentioned all of this when I opened up & escalated the dispute and seller didn't reply to paypal claim for 10 days. Now, it has been 11th day and I called paypal to make a decision, the guy I called said it will be reveiwed and closed, and I thanked him so much for helping me get my money back. Now, the claim is closed and says, "AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, WE'RE UNABLE TO DECIDE THIS CASE IN YOUR FAVOR." I'm panicing right now. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN. I DID EVERYTHING I COULD and still paypal didn't help me out. is there anything I can do?
