I purchased 3 dresses from a seller which totalled £170 including postage. The dresses weren't as described so the seller advised they were happy to give me a refund if I posted them back to her. I paid £40 for return postage back to her. I kept chasing and chasing for a refund however she was ignoring me, I then opened a case on paypal and she replied straight away and refunded me. However she only refunded me £17.00 and the case automatically closed. I have contacted her and asked for more of a refund however she is ignoring me again. I have contacted paypal and they have said that when I opened the case, I only requested a partial refund of £17.00 which is why the case has been closed and they are unable to reopen it! I don't believe I did only request £17 however if I did, it was genuine mistake. Can anyone advise me what I can do? I am significantly out of pocket and I don't know what to do!
