I sold 2 concert tickets on the website Twickets.com and received £79.86 for them. I never received the tickets myself and issued a refund to the buyer of this amount on 28 June. The buyer disputed this and said I never sent him the money back and now I have been charged £82.88 for a second refund. Therefore I have now refunded him twice, once authorised through me and once authorised through PayPal and I am out of pocket by £82.88. This is a joke as I provided plenty of evidence to prove I had already sent him the refund.
It won't let me dispute the refund as it keeps coming up with an error message. Help?
