So I sold an item, internationally, and it was shipped Dec. 19th-- it was lost and not delivered by Dec 27th. It happened to be stuck in customs. A dispute was created in PayPal and the money was issued back to buyer. In the meantime, I filed two claims with USPS and never heard back. So, I filed a complaint with the USPS and just heard back yesterday, Feb. 10th. The United States Postal Reserve confirmed item was stuck in customs and was FINALLY DELIVERED on Jan. 25th. I sent an invoice and and email to the buyer, but they are ignoring me. What should I do? How can I get my money back? PLEASE HELP!
