Hi, I talked to CP three times, no one would help me. I called PP back again and they said they would charge back CP for the $100 plus the shipping. And if CP didn't respond in 10 days I would get my money back. Well PP went ahead and closed my case and only refunded me back my $12.38 shipping cost. I immediately wrote in and asked why my case was closed and why I only got $12.38 back. I got an email saying someone will review my case within 30 days! I will be calling again if I dont see my $100 in my account. PP seemed like they were gonna help but then they just closed my case! This is super frustrating. What happened to you in your case? Have you called both CP and PP? What did each say?
