thanks @kernowlass wrote: @Salma12 You can only communicate with the seller / add information etc BEFORE the dispute is escalated to a claim. Once you have escalated then paypal will ask if they want anymore information or they will just review what has been supplied in the dispute phase. thanks

I opened a case with PayPal because an item wasn't genuine and the seller replied back but it wouldn't let me reply and I wanted to add evidence as well.
