I've noticed that other people have the same problem and are left completely in the dark. If it's just a matter of waiting X days or 1 month, then perhaps Paypal should consider letting the user know when the funds will be returned to their account to avoid confusion and panic. As it stands all we have is a popup that says funds from cancelled payments should be in our balance but they're not. So we panic. Update: So I learned yesterday that the -6$ balance that I already paid on january 6th, "will be in your PayPal balance on January 17, 2017" so this leads me to believe that Paypal's automated system needs around 11 days to transfer funds? Does that mean there's no other way I can get my money back before the 22nd?
