Why does Paypal feel that they not responsible to refund money that was sent to a person in error with a closed account?... They advise me to reach out by emailing person that my payment was mistakenly sent to. However, the person email me back and stated; Unfortunately my account with PayPal was recently closed due to inactivity. So I have no way to log in and refund the amount and they screenshot the account status to me. But, Paypal states they can't refund my money, So where is my freakin money at?. That's not the worst part. A representative by the name of Jerry in customer service states that a escalation or dispute can't be escalated no further than the Customer Service department.. I even ask him to repeat that information and that I was recording our call... And he then tried to retract himself by changing his verbiage and attitude.. REALLY?.I filed a dispute with my bank, so therefore I will let them handle this unprofessional and distributing situation. I assure you that I will be sharing my story with different blogs and social media, because no one shouldn't have to go through such disrespect as a customer.
