I bought an item from an australian seller (as i live in australia aswell), on the 27th Dec and the delivery estimate was on the 3rd of Jan, it didn't arrive, so i waited for 3 more days, then opened a paypal dispute. Originally the seller told me he posted unregistered standard post. However on the claim he told PayPal he sent with Australia Post Platinum Express so that he gets covered by PayPal, which i know he didn't do because it would cost the same if not more than the purchased product, and it is next day delivery which means i should have got it on the 28th of decemebr (purchse date wa sthe 27th, hence what next day delivery does). He is trying to say that he used platinum express just so that he wins the paypal claim and i lose my money At this point PayPal has not made its decision yet, but i just wanted to see if anyone knows what my next step would be(already told PayPal) or if they have experienced this issue before. -Thanks
