Hi, I would appreciate some help on what to do at this point. I purchased a pair of shoes from a guy overseas, and he kept saying he would ship etc and he did not. It has been 3 weeks now, I have asked for updates, tracking, or any proof of shipping and he has given nothing. Thus, I filed a case saying I hadn't received and after about a week after escalating the case, it didn't show up anymore in the resolution center. The case was closed, and paypal sided with the seller (WHO HAS NOT SHIPPED THE GOODS?) So now I'm missing the money that I paid, and the item that was supposed to be sent to me. This is ridiculous. One thing is the system of filing a case was pretty different to the usual, maybe it is a beta or something that messed it up? the seller had 0 proof of shipping becuase he didn't ship, how could he possibly have won the case? I want my money back asap please help
