PayPal has LOST my deposit, left my account in a negative balance, admitted that this was a "technical" issue, refuses to fix the problem. It has been 3 months. Every time I phone, I get a different person. Yet I am told the SAME thing...that they will refer my case to their Supervisor, and get back to me as soon as they can figure out what the problem is. But in the meantime, they suggest I do ANOTHER DEPOSIT. I would have closed my PayPal account a long time ago, but this account is attached to other automatic payment plans. I am so FURIOUS. This it outrageous. Worst example of Customer Service ever. I don't have time to spend all day on the phone. And what is the point. I get nowhere anyway. I am trying to figure out which legal action I can take.
