Dear All Our webshop provider covers all the Shipment and Tax related functions. So we are using PayPal as a Payment Gateway mainly for Credit Card payment types. Many of our customers become frightened when facing the PayPal checkout page and abandoned their cart. After many reports and a live chat with a customer (happens to be a marketing expert) - who finally switched to bank transaction instead of PayPal - we checked what our users see: As you can see: for a customer who finally wants to pay there are a few important fields (marked in blue)... and many others that are at least needless for them (marked in red). As a customer who have just filled our chackout - including shipment details - the two sections (marked in red) are needless: - Billing info: they already filled that - why should they fill them again? - checkbox saying "Ship to my billing address": they already filled their Shipment details - why is that needed again? - Create PayPal account: they had a chance to pay by PayPal at the upper part of the page - if they don't have a PayPal account why would they change? (we heard that they cannot post their payment without registering???) Is there a way to remove those (red) sections through configurations? I already tried a 'Clear settings' action in 'My Profile > My selling tools > Shipping my items > Shipping calculations' - with no result. Every help is welcome! Regards: Bence Takács NaturaMia Ltd
