I found this seller on a community on online where you can buy, sell and trade your clothes. I he told me he did not know how to write an invoice so we agreed on paying via paypal good&services. Right after when I made the payment I immediately lost contact with him or her. And later he updated a tracking number [royal mail KK162824711GB] which was delivered to BOW Delivery Office (located in UK) They did not read my comment nor took a close look at tracking number and closed dispute in scammer's favor. When I called in and filed a claim they closed it again saying "seller has provided a valid tracking number" And they won't let me appeal for item not received because seller updated a random tracking number on paypal, and when I appealed for missing quantity with detailed description of what happened, they close it again in scammers favor even though seller provided a random tracking number which clearly does not match my shipping address that I chose when I paid using paypal goods&services. I can not appeal this case anymore and I don't know if claim specialist is willing to take 5 minute to read my comment and take a look it tracking numer. What should I do now? Please help.
