Hello everyone, I've had this problem a few times in the past couple of months, I don't have an online shop or anything, I just meet people online, sell them virtual stuff and they send the payment to my PayPal address, it's been going fine for a while, except recently apparently there's a new trend where they dispute the transaction! At first it was a small amount so I just refunded the money, I did not want to take it back and forth! Even though the virtual goods were delivered to the guy without any problem and he was satisfied with it, he just was thinking, "Oh now I can get my money back". I don't have invoice, I don't have anything, and it is really hard to prove I sent the item! In the past I was just working on trust, but now more are using this method to get their money back after receiving the service. So what can I do to prevent them from disputing the transaction! I have in fact delivered the virtual good as agreed upon! How can I insure this does not keep happening. Thank you
