Recently made a large payment toward my PP Credit Card but the balance 5 days later still has not updated. Called customer service and was told that because I made a large payment my account balance would take 15 days to update as a security protection for a new account. CustSvc was no help what so ever. All of my payments have been large, I pay off what I charge before a statement is due. This has never been an issue until now. This is BS!!!!! Plan to close out the card. So very disappointed.
