I bought a replacement battery for my Nexus 4 cell phone from BatteryMonster.com. The advertised item says “Brand New” and the picture shows an OEM (LG) battery. When I received the battery, obviously it is not a new one. It is wrapped in foil with wrinkles. The edge is opened up with dusts all over the sticky part of the foil (I took pictures). I have to pay $6.85 to ship it back to return. I was charged with another $6.14 for “re-stocking fee and shipping cost” when they did the refund. It’s a waste of my time and my money. I am filing a complaint to NY BBB.
