Going to bullet point style things, since I don't know how best to otherwise describe the problem: -Used a Student Account from 2009 (when I was 13) until just two months ago when I received an eMail about Student Accounts being shut down -Date came where the accounts were to be "shut down" -De-Linked Student Account from my Parent's account -Tried to make a new account; PayPal denied it as "an account already exists under that Email Address" When I log-in now, I am met with an account that can not send or receive money. When I try to go to the Resolution Center it tells me I do not have permission to access the page, and that the Parent's account must fix the problem. The problem in that, of course, is that I've already de-linked. Even if I could, my sister also has an account under my Parent's account, and nothing is showing up to be resolved for her. So I'm convinced there wouldn't be a fix for it from the Parent account even if I didn't delink. The gist of the problem then, I guess, is that I have a a worthless account; but I can't make a new account, and I've read from here that closing/re-opening isn't possible. When attempting to make a call, there was just an automated system and no human was there to speak the problems to. Would like to know if this is at all a common problem with a simple fix that I'm missing, or if there's nothing to say but "Try and get a human on the phone." Thanks in advance for any replies. Hopefully this is the right place.
