I am so angry!! Yesterday I tried to pay for a parcel delivering it accepted the payment but something went wrong and they refunded it. it went into my email account. I woke this morning money still in PayPal account so we tried again...paid with PayPal ONE parcel. Later I ask my daughter to go to the shop to draw out my money for work. she comes back telling me I only have £7.00 in my account?? I checked online and PayPal had taken money my son had put into my account to pay for the parcel. angry I checked PayPal. my refund had gone to the same parcel place so they paid TWICE for the same parcel!!! So then I looked at the help faqs that tell ME to basically sort it out?? I have to go to the post people who never reply for at least 24hrs cos they have only a message centre. I risk the parcel being not posted as they could potentially cancel both payments and ask me to start again tomorrow which means I lose the delivery slot. I have no money to get to work tomorrow and I can't get my money back till the parcel is on its way. Trying to make a formal complaint is a joke!! it gives you a link to help and contact says it's near bottom of the page.....no it's not! I'm on a tablet. so I'm going round in circles. I could run up my phone bill instead by ringing them cos I can't find any CLEAR way to contact them. to do that I risk cancelling my order. Livid!!!
