I received this message below from PayPal Customer Support, but this is just 'standard instruction'. Appreciate if you provide me a solution for my 'non-standard' issue. I guess the solution is 'resetting my bank account' with PayPal internal 'Admin Tools'. Thanks in advance. Here's how to add a bank account to your PayPal account: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Business Profile icon beside "Log Out". Click Profile and settings. Click My money. The branch code and bank account number are usually printed together on your bank card. The branch code is usually the first 3 digits of the account number. The bank account number you need to enter on PayPal should be 6 to 9 digits, excluding branch code. For Branch Location, you don't need to use detailed addresses. You may use the road name or the commercial building's name instead. For example, 'Des Voeux Road' or 'Ma On Shan Plaza.'
