Hi, approx 2 months ago I sold a guy some electronic equipment out of ebay & he payed via paypal in goods & services & has had no problems up until yesterday. This morning I got an email from paypal to say he had filed a claim for "goods not as decribed" and after contacting him & sucessfully sorting out his issues, which incidentally was his own fault ... we got things working again & the buyer was happy so closed the case. My question is ..... can he reopen this case at a later date if again he gets the sudden urge to start pressing buttons & mess up all equipment I sold him 8 weeks prior?? Tbh, I think he thought if he complains, I'll refund him but I don't work that way Thanks Paul
