I know you know what people over here are talking about so I'll just write it down in plain English in case someone needs to refer to this issue on a later occassion: 1. People are asking why you impose the pending balance on digital goods sales, when the digital goods are received instantly by the buyers?!? 2. If you are imposing a pending balance, what do you think our buyers would say if, when they click BUY and pay for our service, we tell them "your service is pending" 🙂 ? 3. What do you think our buyers would say if when they ask why is their PAID FOR digital service (which can be instantly provided) pending 21 days, we give them 2 links to ebay (which has nothing to do with our service)? 4. I know you know so please clarify. Honestly, the one and only question is: "Why are you keeping our money from us for 21 days even though our customers have received a full service THE MOMENT they made the purchase?". You are literally keeping our money from us and no other payment service does that. Our own customers would be furious if we held their digital goods from them for 21 days so why do you do that to us? It is our money isn't it?
