Hi, I read the user agreement so I know the restrictions and conditions. I still have a question. A seller had a registered UK business but not any more. He still has a few items to sell. His paypal account is the same one as the one he used when he had his business, so his Paypal account is verified as a seller. His proposal was to invoice me through paypal and then for me to pay, marking the payment as "pay for goods", and not as "ebay purchase". The item in question is a small PC (around £300) which the seller claims is new and unopened, with manufacturer warranty. Does the Paypal Buyer Protection still cover me if the item is not received (NR) or if it is significantly not as described (SNAD)? What if the seller clears the funds from his account before I get the chance to contact Paypal? Would paypal be able to reimburse? Many thanks in advance, Alex
