We have a buyer who has paid full price, no haggling, even added a fiver for paypal seller fees, and has arranged a courier to carry the item 300 miles. Is it too good to be true? Here's a thought - does this buyer have a van and is going to pick up as arranged. Then the next day we get a message saying the product isn't right. My question - can the buyer claim for a refund including potentially hundreds in courier costs? Or am I far too cynical? Let see!
