So, as the title says. I got a message about me not having funds in my bank account to pay for an item, so they used my back up card to pay, which was linked to my bank account... But the thing is, this can't have happend as I never tried to pay for anything with a card connected to my bank/instant transfer. I used a mastercard (credit card) to pay for something, and that was it. It was a few days ago and everything was paid for. So seeing how I used a credit card, why has paypal attempted to take funds from my bank account when there was no need? (Which of course failed as there is no money in there). I have done this more than once and have never had this issue before. I contacted Paypal about 3 days ago now to complain about this and I have had no response yet. And now I have aletter from my bank saying I owe them a "returned item fee" in assocation with paypal when no such thing happend, the item came and was confirmed succesfully paid for in full by credit card in my paypal transaction history? I'm trying to get answers here and possibly attention from someone who works for paypal to sort this mess out, as now I have to jump back and forth with my bank too trying to sort all this mess out.
