For the 2nd time in a mo they are having issues showing payments made to our accts. Yet neither time have them bothered to inform us. Took 2 xtra days last time, they are saying the same this time. Yet the rep I talked to wasted over 1/2 hr of my time & then only to find out they had "issues". They need to be proactive! And send out an email telling us. This hold up of payments causes us to miss Ebays shipping deadlines & affects our ratings. They expect us to report spoof emails & assist them. I'm not going to bother anymore. I've only done it to help prevent any users for falling for it. Anymore I do what I can to use other payment methods. They don't support my as a buyer or seller enough in the few times I've had problems. The people who review disputes obviously don't understand antiques. The overall paypal CS is terrible.
