Hi, has anyone else not received their Sept. 2016 cashback? It comes on the 4th every month like clock work, but nothing yesterday 10/4 and nothing again today on 10/5. I get an email message when the cashback money has hit the account, but I've received nothing. Trying to get through to PayPal for the debit card side is like pulling teeth. They transfer you and then you sit and sit and sit. I've been on hold for an hour to ask about another issue, and would ask about this as well if they'd answer the phone.
