This dept whatever the actual name for it is. First off I would like say I am done with PayPal and I will try my best with my lawyer to get what I'm owed back. So i have sold xbox card and game cards and had a customer do a reversal on it. Now I made sure this item was gong to be sent to the CX. The CX later on did a fraud investigation and it worked in there favor. I also did my homework . I looked at the previous purchases sellers because the person said someone stole there information and bought my stuff and others. No other seller got a charge back. Any who I spoke with a fool in limitations dept who said that reversal is my fault because I gave the cx the code before I mailed it out to them. But of course I never told them that I didn't give the CX the code before he recieved his package. I shut him down letting him know I have proof that the CX didn't activate it until after the packed was labeled delivered. Xbox keeps a record of everything. He then states that he is going to send me an email for reopening the case again and here I am still waiting on this email. This is the level of support that PayPal and eBay gives and I can't wait until another company is better than them and even outs them out of business. I paid twice for a item that I trusted PayPal and eBay to give me honorable CX since its a secure website. But I'm the one to pay.
