I have problems with transactions from specific buyer, He dispute all the transaction he made from us after he receive the digital goods. How do i resolve this problem when there are no options in the resolution center for digital goods. This is my first time to sell digital items on my website please i need your help. The buyer want his money back but he already receive his digital goods its a mobile prepaid load. The reason he put to dispute was this The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent. Regards
