I really don't want to take the red dot ,but will if customer wont communicate with me it is important to me because I want to make sure all my customers are satisfied and I do what ever it takes to make sure all customers happy.I want my customers to know I take pride in my business ,work,and I feel that if my ratings go down that will reflect on me and my business. I need returning customers .do you know what code 83 is ? how will I know what customer credit card company decides and do I need to react to the dispute that is required of me to do so in 9 days ? Sorry about all the questions just new to this all but guess I'll change this negative situation in to a positive one I have learned alot.
